error on assign button logic

When the assign button is clicked a drop down shows up.

the assigned to value of user identifier but it is displaying number while when the assign button is clicked the error in image two pops up. could anyone please help

Can you send the error log so we can identify the problem?

Go to ServiceCenter > Monitoring > Error

Hi Pedro. No error found in service centre. it is not showing error on warnings either. yet the page is not getting loaded
