[Camera Plugin] Camera not working on Windows

When I use the Camera Plugin on Windows as a PWA, it opens up a file browser window to select an existing image. It will not give me the option to take a new photo. This happens even with the Camera Plugin Demo so I do not believe that it is something that I am doing wrong in my app.

Does anyone have experience getting this to work on Windows?

There's no way to get the regular Camera Plugin to work in this use case? I'd prefer to use components that are officially-supported by OutSystems, especially for something that seems as common as accessing the camera. The component that you linked to hasn't been updated for over 2 years.
