Had to google what RFM analysis, is: https://www.techtarget.com/searchdatamanagement/definition/RFM-analysis

I guess if you know how the business rules are behind RFM analysis, and you  can collect the right historical customer data and you know how to code in OutSystems, then it should be possible.

yes it is possible to make RFM analysis Solution in Outsystems I will suggest if u will use Reactive web
