Solution
Hi.
With the plataform 6.0 (User - eSpace), (FWIK) that can (only) be done consuming directly the system entities, USER, USER_ROLE and ROLE and creating a query that retrieves you what you want (don't forget to use the
Roles
.
<RoleName> to get the role id
).
Regards.

Solution
Hi again, Israr.
In order to use that logic in a Process, you should isolate that query and the send_email logic in one action. It seems that you can not use OS queries and function actions or actions with output parameters in a bussiness process.
I think in this way, you are able to achieve your goal.
Regards.
