Service Studio won't start on Macbook M1 Pro

11.53.26 (Build 61617)

Hello everyone,

I was trying to install Service Studio on my Macbook M1 Pro but after that the app just won't start.

I've noticed that on the General Settings it says:

      "Type: Application (Intel)"

I'm assuming that the app only runs on Intel, but there's no option to run with Rosetta

Is there any solution?

In which version you face this issue Os 11 or Os 10

I’m using the latest version of Service Studio, i’ve downloaded yesterday.

And i’m on Monterey 12.4 on my Mac.

Hello Diogo Dias,

You can update your rosetta 2 before launching outsystem service studio.

softwareupdate --install-rosetta 

Then it should work fine.
