Hello OutSystems Community,
Today we come with news about OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC). Without further ado…. Are you ready for OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC)?
Regardless of your development experience with OutSystems, we have the perfect opportunity for you to learn how to develop apps with ODC.
Are you already certified as Associate Reactive Developer O11?
The From O11 to OutSystems Developer Cloud online learning quickly helps you scale your current skills. You will learn the major differences between O11 and ODC and be developing apps on ODC in just a few hours.
Upon completion, you will earn the ODC Associate Developer certification automatically.
Just starting with OutSystems?
There are two options: instructor-led Boot Camp or self-paced online training.
-or-
The Boot Camp or Guided Path equally prepares you to certify your knowledge with ODC. When you are ready, take the new ODC Associate Developer exam.

Ashish
HI Ashish,
Fixed!
Thanks for letting us know!
Great to see more documentation about regularly used patterns!
Great news!
thank you!
Hello @Jorge Costa.
I took the training and received neither the seal nor the certification.
Best Regards,
Guilherme
Hi @Guilherme Dutra
Have you deployed the apps to QA? If you don't get the ODC Ready Community badge, you won't get the certification.
Please make sure you actually completed all the steps in the exercises.
Best regards,
Jorge
Hey @Jorge Costa what's up?I'm in the same situation, I've done the course, but I cannot complete the exercises because there isn't infrastructure available. Thus, I was not capable of scheduling yet. :-/
Is there some due date to get the badge/certification? :-(
Best regards.
LF
I'm in the same situation!
Hi Danilo, the badge will be given next Sunday evening. Thank you.
Very Thanks @Raquel Gama!
I'm having the same problem :/
Hi @Raquel Gama,
I can get badge and certificate after finishing the course without completing the Exercise, is that right?
Hi @Raquel Gama
I received the badge. But not the certificate, any steps to request it?
Best Regards,Danilo Miquelino.
Hello Pedro,
Regarding the ODC Ready Badge, you need to deploy Vacations and Directory apps to QA besides completing the "From O11 to OutSystems Developer Cloud" online course.
The ODC Ready Badge is given on Sundays evening.
Thank You.
Hi @Jorge Costa @Raquel Gama
I have the same problem, I've done the course, but It was not possible to complete the exercises because there isn't infrastructure available. How can I do?
Hello Raquel, How are you? I've finished the course, but i'm unable to deploy any app or complete the exercises because I don't have an infrastructure available. Also there no schedule time for it in the odctraining/Schedule.
Hello @Raquel Gama , I'm in the same situation of theirs. Last week I've finished the training, but haven't received neither the badge nor the certification. Could you help me, please?
I am excited to be a part of this Team
Great NewsThank you!
Great news...
oh surprise, I got the cert
Awesome!
Great news
Great news :)
Exciting news!
Great !!
Great News .
Hi @Jorge Costa,
Once we complete the training and exercise do we get badge and ODC associate developer certificate .?
Or
Do i need to schedule exam for ODC associate developer.?
Hi @Vinod Kumar
You don't need to schedule the exam. If you get the ODC Ready community badge, you will get the ODC Associate Developer certification badge automatically.
The automatic grant is now being performed every day, so if you have the community badge, you will soon get the certification badge as well. No additional action is needed.
Dear @Jorge CostaCould you help guide me what should be checked for when I had finished the course with status =100% but I hadn't received neither badge nor certificate?Chinh
Hi @Dang Duc Chinh
You have to fully complete the exercises to get the ODC Ready badge. Having 100% progress completed just by watching the videos is not enough.
Great
Is it necessary to have another certificate to receive the ODC certificate?
Hi @FRANK JOHNNY GANGUILHET , it is my my understanding that you need to have the Associate Reactive Developer certificate in order to get the ODC one, if I'm not mistaken.
Cheers
That's correct. If you finish the course and get the ODC Ready community badge, but don't have the O11 Associate Reactive Developer certification, then you won't get the ODC Associate Developer certification badge automatically.
You would need to register for the ODC Associate Developer certification and pass the exam to have the certification.
Great news!!
I finished it the course on Friday and didn't receive a badge or certificate. I cannot complete the exercises because there isn't infrastructure available. Thus, I was not capable of scheduling yet. :-/
Hi. I am getting difficulties on login the ODC studio. I'am not sure about which organization I must insert in studio.
Hi @Alberto Ferreira,
Try "odctraining-w2-i1.outsystems.dev" and see if it works.
Thanks Luis. That it!!
if we can't have access to ODC, this post doesn't make sense for the users who already have associate reactive certification.
i already make the course without making the exercice and i do not recieve any bagde or certification.
Can someone clarify and help?
Hi @Jorge Costa @Raquel Gama , good morning.
Last Friday I finished the training, it's 100%, but I didn't receive the bagde or the certificate. I see in the other comments that it is necessary to submit the exercises in the ODC infrastructure. There are no slots available for this. How can we resolve this?
Thank you.
I'm having the same problem.
I have the same problem as @Renata Dias Lage Pereira , I've done the course, but It was not possible to complete the exercises because there isn't infrastructure available. How can I do?
Hi @Jorge Costa and @Raquel Gama,
It seems I'm in the same boat as some of our colleagues, I finished the training last friday, got the badge on sunday but still haven't received the certificate. Do I just have to wait or is there anything else I should do?
Thanks for your assistance, best regards
Hi,
You have already received your Associate Developer (ODC) certification.
Please check your Community OS profile.
Thank you
Hi Raquel,
I see it now!
Thank you very much for your reply, have a nice day!
Hi @Jorge Costa ,
Will there be any training sessions available soon? Currently there is none
Hi all,
Thanks for your messages! It's great to see the interest to complete the From O11 to ODC Course and get the new certification.
To complete the From O11 to ODC course, you have to complete the exercises. Watching all the videos is not enough! For those who fully complete the course, including the exercises, the ODC Ready community badges are granted on Sundays. Then, the automatic grant of the ODC Associate Developer Certification is performed daily.
Remember, only certified Associate Reactive Developers in O11, with the ODC Ready community badge, will have the ODC Associate Developer certification automatically granted. If you do not have these two achievements, the only way to get certified is through the exam.
Regarding the infrastructure, we will report your messages and interest internally to further analysis. Nevertheless, if you have access to any ODC infrastructure, you can also use it to complete the course. You don't need to wait or apply for a slot.
Any other questions or issues, please contact Support, so they can better help you out!
Thanks again!
Thanks for your reply. I understand your point, but after complete the course, like my case, It's not possible to send the exercises. I know that you already forwarded the problem, but I would like to know how do I get the certification without a solution at the moment?
will there be slots to schedule ODC training?
in my case its impossible to get those without access to odc studio.
thanks
Hi @Renata Dias Lage Pereira
At this point, if you don't have access to an ODC infrastructure, you can take the actual ODC Associate Developer exam, just like any other exam from our certification offer. If you pass, you will get the certification badge.
But, I'll need to pay for this, right?
Hi @Filipe Marques
As I mentioned, all the feedback about this is greatly appreciated and is being looked into. We will share more here as soon as we have updates.
@Renata Dias Lage Pereira That's correct.
Hey Jorge! i submit a ticket to the support and they already reponse saying "there are no plans to make new ones available" (slots)
therefore people who were unable for whatever reason to schedule access to the ODC will not receive the certification for free like everyone else.
seems unfair in my opinion.
Same Problem here, I'm curious about how OutSystems will address this issue. @Jorge Costa would you please let's us know if you guys have a solution for that? Thanks in advance.King regards.
Good to see the new certification
and
Thank you Outsystems for providing the certification.
show... great news!!! OutSystems always going ahead... Thank you for providing certification to DEVs who already have Associate Reactive Developer V11 certification....
Great !! Looking forward to this
Good News!
Great news, but any idea when slots will open to access ODC training infrastructure?
Thanks.
great
Great, start with the giada guide, let's go for that badge and then the certification!
I have done the course 100%, but It was not possible to complete the exercises because there isn't infrastructure available. What can I do next? Will I get badge and the certification?
Sneh
Hi Sneh,
The Slots will be available soon as mentioned on the odc training page.
So stay tuned.
It's great news!!
Hi Jorge
I finish the course (100%) and completed the all exercises in ODC Portal/Studio.
Until now I didn't receive the badge.
When you said: "Upon completion, you will earn the ODC Ready community badge, and the ODC Associate Developer certification automatically. ".
Does that mean, there will happen automatically or we must wait for some days?
Thanks
I again Alberto,
Apparently, badges are assigned on Sundays so you will have to wait a couple more days.
As for the certification, it shouldn't take too long after that. I got my badge on Sunday evening and the certification on Monday afternoon.
Thanks Luis
Hi Luis, I took the training and exercise last week, Sunday is already finished but still no ODC badge.
Thanks,
Chris
@Raquel Gama and @Jorge Costa
Same issue with me as well. Sunday gone but still no badge
I got mine today exactly @6pm (PST) Monday. FYI for other ODC ready waiting folks there. Hit like if this post helps.
I also got it. Thanks
Hi @Jorge Costa
I have Outsystems Service Studio installed in my PC, but wile doing the ODC Course exercises I'm unable to upload the Quickstart Apps to complete the lessons.
How can I access ODC Studio?
Paulo Bettencourt
I am also waiting my certificate.
As I am sharing my ODC Badge Screen shot
.
Hi, did you get you certificate by now?
Because I am also still waiting on it (got the badge this morning)
@Abhishek Sen: In order to receive the ODC Associate Developer certification, you'll also need to be in possession of the OS11 Associate Reactive Developer certification. Otherwise, you'll only receive the ODC Ready badge.@Swen Simon: It seems like you've received the certificate in the meantime.
I got mine! Thank you.
For those who take the ODC training, here’s my observation:
ODC Badge: released every Sunday (as per OutSystems Team) at 10:00am UTC (but in my case it was Monday)
ODC Certificate: released everyday at 7:00am/8:00am UTC
pre-requisite for ODC Certificate:
✅ OS11 Associate Reactive Developer Certified
✅ ODC Ready badge
Note: the release schedule I’ve mentioned is based only on my observation, no particular memo from OutSystems.
Hope this helps! Kindly drop a like if this helps you.
Thanks!
