Can't login neither reset my password

Hi,

I have a problem, I can not login to service studio neither to my outsystems community profile from any device.

I am connected in this laptop because my session was saved, fortunately, but as I am using incognito tab, I can't see my password to verify. I tried to reset my password thru the forgot password link in the login page, it says " an email was sent" but actually nothing received. After several trials, the message changed to an error message: "There are already pending requests for password recovery. Please check your email. " 

Still nothing received in my mailbox.

Could anyone please tell me what to do to recover my password and my account ?

PS: I can login to Service Center without any problem.

Hi Sirajeddine,

You should contact OutSystems Support, there's nothing the community can do here. Also, check your spam folder to see if the password reset e-mail ended up in there.

Thanks for your reply, I have already contacted the support, still waiting for a reply.
I asked here to see if someone else has already got the same issue.

I just got confirmation from OutSystems that they have problems with the Identity Server, which can cause the problems you have. They are actively working on solving the problem.

Hi Kilian, unfortunately, the problem still persists and I can not login, a stranger thing even is that when I made a request to change my email today, it was successful and I received a link, so the password I put was correct, but when I try to login with the same password, it fails to login.

Could you please tell me what to do to recover my account ?

I've again asked OutSystems to take a look, but be sure to update your Support ticket with the new information.

PS: To avoid losing my current open session, I did not proceeded to change my email, I did not use the link sent, but I have just mentioned this only as proof that something wrong is really happening.
