The Web Developer Specialization and Professional Certifications are now live!

Hello OutSystems Community,

Today we are very excited to announce the brand new OutSystems 11 Web Developer Specialization exam is now live and available for registration! But that’s not all! With this new exam, you are now able to become a certified Professional Web and Professional Mobile Developer!

Want to know more? Let’s get to it!

Who is this exam for?

If you are a certified Associate Reactive Developer looking to validate your knowledge and professional experience in reactive web application development, including best practices, application troubleshooting, integrations with external systems, and others, then here’s your chance to upskill and achieve this new badge.

What topics will you find on this exam?

The exam is focused on the fundamental knowledge related to reactive web application development, such as:

  • Best Practices
  • Asynchronous Processes
  • Integrations
  • Exception / Transaction Handling
  • Work in Teams
  • Application Troubleshooting

How can you get ready?

The best way to learn and prepare for the Web Developer Specialization exam is to go to the Certification Page to check its detail sheet, where you can find the list of study materials. Before scheduling the exam, you can also consolidate the learnings by taking the sample test to practice. Once you are ready for the challenge, and still on the Certification Page, schedule the exam, while also taking a look at the FAQ section to make sure you’re informed on how the experience works.

How can I become a certified Professional Web and/or Mobile Developer?

That’s right! With this exam, the path to becoming an OutSystems 11 certified Professional Web and Professional Mobile Developer is complete.

If you get the Architecture Specialization, Security Specialization, and this new Web Developer Specialization badge, you will automatically get the Professional Web Developer certification! You read it right! Automatically! No extra exams are involved. As soon as you get all the required specialization badges, you will get the Professional certification badge as well!

But there is more! If you get the same three Specializations + the Mobile Developer Specialization, you will automatically get the Professional Mobile Developer certification as well!

So, if you’re just missing this Specialization, register now and become an OutSystems certified Professional Developer! If you’re getting started on this journey, you can start by taking this brand new exam, or not! It’s up to you! What matters are the badges, not the order in which you get them!

Thank you very much!
