Can anyone tell me how to print a page in landscape mode?

Wich page do you try to print?

 When I print a page, I need to automatically change the orientation from Portait to Landscape. I do not want to make the user change it in the print dialog.

Hi,

You can select at the preffered properties of the printer itself that the basic way to print a document is landscape.

In what way do you give a command as this moment to print?
Just the ctrl+p option or with a button?

With kind regards,
Daan

 It's an image of a printer with onlick to "window.print();"
When you use the javascript "window.print();" you cannot add any params.
Atleast that is what I found on the web...

i found the following: http://www.devx.com/tips/Tip/32962 (good luck)

JavaScript does not allow you to set the page orientation so you can print in Landscape mode. To workaround this limitation, simply add the following code to the <head>...</head> part of any HTML page:

<style type="text/css">
@page
{
size: landscape;
margin: 2cm;
}
</style>
Next, add @media to allow the page to print in landscape mode. To do this, define the following code between the <style> tags:

<style type="text/css" media="print">
@page
{
size: landscape;
margin: 2cm;
}
</style>

 Thanks to everyone for the help. What I decided to do was to generate a PDF with the Winnovative conversion tool. They allow you to set the page to Landscape. It works well.
