How to open a Flash file in a window

I have a Flash file created from an image that I have added hotspots to which display tooltips. I want to use this as a help screen. Can anyone tell me how to open a Flash file (.swf) in a window from a link or button?

I sifted through some posts and I was able to pull together a solution. Thanks to those that posted them. I'll include what I did so it's all here.

1) Add your flash file(s) as Resources under Data. Set Deploy Action to 'Deploy to Target Directory'. In Target Directory, put a directory name. I put ".\img". My files will be uploaded to "http://localhost/<appname>/img/".
2) In your web page, add an expression with Escape Content set to "No".
3) In your expression, add the following:

"<object classid='clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000' codebase='http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,0,0' WIDTH='747' HEIGHT='405'/>
<PARAM NAME=movie VALUE='./img/<yourflashfile>.swf'/>
<PARAM NAME=quality VALUE=high/>
<PARAM NAME=bgcolor VALUE=#FFFFFF/>
<embed src='./img/<yourflashfile>.swf' quality='high' bgcolor='#FFFFFF' WIDTH='747' HEIGHT='405' type='application/x-shockwave-flash' pluginspage='http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer'
</embed>
</object>"
4) Change file reference to your file and adjust WIDTH and HEIGHT.
