How can I update my outsystem profile namely the Company field?

After you log in , click on "My Account" at the top and then "Edit"

You're right ... its missing from the edit screen.

Yes, the Company field is currently missing from the edit screen. This feature is actually already implemented and will be released with the next batch of Community Site updates as soon as we finish testing everything.

I expect in a week or so you will be able to change this, Filipe. Until then, sorry for the inconvenience. :(
