Courses not getting completed 100 perent

Question

I am completing all the courses of "Becoming a web developer" but the assignments are not getting completed which leads in not completing the course 100 percent . Is there any way that I can make the assignments completed.? I am also attaching a image in which you can see all the submodules (in the left) are completed (being green ticked) but exercise assignments are not. There is no option available to submit the assignments or confirm that assignments is completed. Please provide a way.
