Can't log into Personal Environment

I am starting the training and I can't login into my 'Outsystems Personal environment'.

After inserting the url, credentials and pressing Login, the spinner goes for a bit and then nothing. No feedback.

I am on Windows 11 and downloaded the Outsystems Service Studio from the trial portal.

First of all, welcome to the Community! 

So, in order to understand what the are issues, could you check some stuff? 

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Check the status of your environment:

  • Have you tried to update the login credentials? Does it solve your issue? 
  • If the problem persists, open a support case to OS by clicking on the top right corner.

Adding one more point in Ana answer 

1. please check if your environment not deleted due to inactivity if it's deleted then you need to fetch new one.
