Did not receive Certificate after clearing exam

I have cleared the Reactive web developer exam but I havent received my Certificate. I checked my profile section and no certificate is uploaded there. I received email from Prometric the same day that I have cleared the exam but no mail from Outsystems. I have raised a ticket as well.

Hello @Vineet 

Firstly Congratulations on clearing the exam,
As you have already received the email from the proctor that you have cleared the exam, now wait for some time you will see the badge at your profile, Sometimes even after receiving an email from the proctor that we have cleared the exam it takes time to get updated on your profile at OutSystems,

My batch was updated after 1-2 days when I applied for the mobile specialist exam.

And as you have already raised the ticket I suppose, then Don't worry Outsystems team will take care of it.

Hello Vin,

Please check under Certifications -> the certification you cleared -> check whether it is completed or still scheduled.

And also please check In Learn section when you download the certification and  if won't see any thing then please [open a support case].

In some cases, certifications available after some time and in most of the cases its available on same day.

I did check under "Learn" in my Profile and there is no certificate available there. I have sent an email to the mentioned id.

However, I see the exam in "Certification" page is  in "Schedule" phase. Ideally it should be marked as "Inprogress" or "Scheduled".

You can raise ticket in OutSystems you will definitely get the response Go through following link and raise the ticket. Following link show you how you can raise ticket
