Greetings all,

Email status is showing pending and it takes too much time to sent

Hi,

Does it in the end sent, or does the status remain pending?

Does this happen to a specific email or to all?

Did you sent many emails at once and only a first small batch got sent?

Double check your SMTP configuration.

it remains pending for a long time and after it get sent but it stays in pending for a long time


Hi, I believe you are aware on who to check the email status : 

Login to Service center->Monitoring->Emails.
