For a better understanding, are you looking for a place to find a job as an OutSystems developer, is that it? Or are you planning to create an app for searching for jobs? 


If what you are trying to ask is the first option, you should look to:

Also, it might be nice if you look to other platforms, like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Another alternative is to search for OutSystems Partners or companies that this low code tool and see if there are some vacancies open.
