Can someone help me why does the Lifetime said that the services is down in FrontEnd X yet upon checking on service center the services were in ok status.

Try to restart OutSystems services in the mentioned server and try again. You May also try to restart server itself if the first option not work.

I've already tried to execute this one, yet same error occurred.
It may be network issue between lifetime environment and this frontend server so if you or your team applied any changes to network or firewall you may need to check.
Also you can open support ticket if you not able to find a solution
Hi Mostafa, Thanks for this, we've tried this also, the bi directional communication of two front end servers using port 443. Is there any other ports to be allowed? Thank you
As per OutSystems Network requirements documents you need to check and allow port 12000
