When I use the CompressPDF service action of the PDF Helper application I get a »The remote server returned an error: (413) Request Entity Too Large.« error. The file that I am trying to compress in this instance is 52,788 KB and I have configured the call to the service action (Arguments) exactly the same way it has been done in the demo app. In the demo app I can compress the same file without any problem (down to 1,568 KB).
The environment where the action fails is on-premise and I have no control of environment or server settings, so the only thing that I can change is the call itself.
Do you have any advice on any argument that I might change to get this to work?
Hi Thomas, instead of calling the Service Action, adapt the component or create a wrapper version of the extension, by using a Server Action.
I had that error not on this Service Action but other similar that the input parameters were exceeding the configured limit. And we did solve it, by moving to a Server Action instead.

Thank you for your very quick reply. I tried wrapping the call in a server action (which makes sense in any case), but it didn't solve the problem. I'm hoping the people who created the Forge component might enlighten me as to which of the arguments I could change (if any) to be able to process larger files.
