Cant able to open service studio

Suddenly my personal environment is not opening...showing error message when i tried to loggin(error message-cant establish a connection,please check your internet connection)

Hi Suruthi,

Do one of the following steps.

1. Check your network connection.

2. Close the Service Studio and open & try log in again.

3. Restart your laptop and try again.

4. If you are using any VPN, check if it is disconnected or not.


As stated by aravind, if still you could not get a work around then try to check error logs in service center.
