Solved
Guided Path 99%
Question

Hello Community,

Anyone faced the issue of, all of a sudden, a previously 100% guided path is now not complete?

In my case I'm having 99% of Web Developer but nothing to do in the inside courses. Everything is checked (videos, quizes, exercises).

Solution

Hello Nuno,

As announced on August 2nd, the training guides suffered some changes and these types of bugs are appearing. As requested, and in order for them to be fixed, you should notify OS with proof and prints to the following email: knowledge@outsystems.com or open a support training ticket.

Best regards,

Ana

Hello,

May be some new content has been added to that particular guided path.

or may be the headers are not checked that's why.

Believe me,

I opened every single possible collapsable section, and everything there has a checker.

Hi Nuno,

Please double check once, there might be some video sessions without going through the whole video the user might have clicked "Next lesson" if the topic was known already. In this case the video session is not considered as completed. This may be one scenario might not relate to you, just saying.

Well,

I'd have to go through all the course then. I repeat: every single Video, Quizz and Excercise has a checker mark.

If it is having checker mark , then it should show 100%. In my opinion, you can open a support ticket on this to understand the root cause.

Hi Nuno,

i also have faced this issue there were some new quizzes which have been added in the courses which were causing it to not complete.
