How to Zip a folder not the files

Can I know how to zip a folder instead of the files.

I am extracting some files and need to place these files in a zip folder.

Hi Saravanan,

Note that there's no such thing as a "ZIP folder". What Windows (and perhaps MacOS) show as a "folder" is just a file.

You say you are "extracting files", but where are you extracting them from?
