Unable to open mobile application in chrome emulator

While hitting the URL for application, we are getting the below error related to local storage. Anyone has faced this issue.

Chrome version -

Chrome is up to date

Version 119.0.6045.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)

This is for Safari. Do you know how we can do the same i.e. disable web SQL in chrome.
