Introducing an OutSystems Game Development Framework - Let's make our own 3D games

Hey, guys,

I just want to share with everyone a new Forge component that I'm working on that might bring some fun to your day, especially if you're a gaming fan.

We now have available in Forge, the component: Babylon JS - Game Development Framework.

This component is a framework that you can use to develop your own 3D games with OutSystems while taking advantage of all the out-of-the-box features the platform provides.

It is based on the Babylon.js library and now, dragging and dropping elements to develop your own games will be possible :)

To spread the word and give a taste of how the framework works, I recorded a video on YouTube that you can watch here.

On forge you will also be able to find the sample modules showed in the video as well as they source code:

To test it yourself you can access this link and take a look.

I really hope that as a way to decompress from stressful days, you and your team can use it to have fun and build relationships :D

Let me know your thoughts and if you plan to use it in the future.

RR :)
