Your personal environment is being deleted due to inactivity.
hi Dat Huynh Ngoc,
when your Personal Environment (PE) is deleted , you receive an email from OutSystems with a backup of your apps. This should be an OutSystems Solution Pack file (.OSP) that contains all the applications you had in your PE.
follow these points
1. login to your service center.
2. factory->solutions->upload and publish a solution, choose your osp file and publish it.

My problem is long time wait for fetch new personal environment, but Loading icon with Ending status always showing.
