Responsiveness for ToggleButton

I am working on implementation of Toggle button in Header.

I need to bring responsiveness for Toggle button .

I tried enclosing the same in a container but I couldn't achieve the responsiveness.

I need the switch button to shrink like User icon in mobile view.Could anyone help me on this?

Then what's really your issue? When you toggle the button, the action that's supposed to be called isn't working?

Toggle button functionality is working fine,The main issue is when I change the resolution or when I inspect in mobile view the responsiveness is not working. That toggle button size reamin the same even it is not resizing according to resolution.
