Import actions from .NET Assembly

Import actions from .NET Assembly

Hello all,

I'm trying the "Import actions from .NET Assembly" feature for the first time to check what I can do with it.

I've developed a simple project in Visual Studio of type Class Library and then tried to import the resulting dll in Integration studio.

I get the message "<PATH>\classlibrary1.dll is not a valid .Net Assembly"

I think I might be missing some step here.
what version of Visual Studio (and what .net framework are you targeting for?)

VS 2010 and Target Framework is .Net Framework 4
Can you change the target framework to .NET 3.5 and see if it works?
The importation of .NET 4 dll's is not currently supported in Integration Studio.
João, now it works but it seems no to be importing everything.
I did a very simple project just to test, the code as follows :

What I get is :

Where's the SUM and SUB methods?

I know I might be missing something.
I've tested your example in Integration Studio 6.0 in it generates the sum and sub actions correctly.
Are you sure you have compiled the dll before importing it? Is it possible that you used an outdated dll when trying to import?
Also, what version of IS are you using?

 You are right.
I rebuilded the project and imported again and now the methods show up.
It's IS 7.0.0.5

Many Thanks.
