[New Feature Discussion] Oracle Fusion Middleware support in 7.0

NOTE: This is the second semi "official" discussion threads on newly released (or in this case upcoming!) features of the Agile Platform. As will be the case in these threads, I have arranged so that the people who have been implementing this feature will follow and be available to answer this thread!

OutSystems is constantly vigilant on how our clients and prospects develop and maintain their applications to make sure that we minimize the attrition when adopting the Agile Platform. One frequently reinforced point is that many Enterprise Java houses tend to favor application servers other than JBoss and, in particular, WebLogic has grown in statute in the Enterprise environments since BEA's purchase by Oracle in 2008.

With this in mind, OutSystems has recently announced support for the WebLogic Application Server (and the overall Oracle Fusion ecosystem), as well as Oracle's high-end Exadata Database Machines certification.

You can read more about it here http://www.outsystems.com/company/news/2012/support-oracle-fusion-middleware/

The Oracle Fusion feature is still in early closed beta, with full availability in Agile Platform 7.0 due in 2013.

So, if you have any questions on how this feature is shaping up and what can be expected for the full release, just fire away!
