Image Import Tip

Image Import Tip

I found a really neat trick to import images into Service Studio.  Often times I'm finding icons I need off the internet.

Old Way:
  1. Save the Image somewhere to the harddrive
  2. Import the Image into Service Studio
  3. Hunt around to find where you saved it
  4. Click Import

New Way:
  1. Copy The Image Location from the browser
    • Netscape : Right click, copy image Location
    • IE: Right Click, Properties, Copy Image Url (CTRL-C)
  2. Import Image in Service Studio
  3. Paste the URL of the image into the File name box

      4. Click import

 Hi Rebecca!

that's indeed a great tip, note that this works for any choose file window dialog
Sometimes it could take some time, cus behind the scenes what it does is download the image to a temp folder.

Cheers, have a great weekend!
