I've uploaded a new version of the Google Maps component which has a Java implementation of the GoogleMarkers extension. This allows you to use the GoogleMaps eSpace in a JEE environment.

Todo: Provide a Java implementation of the MathHelper extension, in order to run the GoogleMaps_Sample eSpace in Java. Anyone wants to pick this up?
Is this java-implementation still needed?

Yes, it is.

You can use the Google Maps services in your JEE applications (and we're doing this), but without the MathHelper extenson, you can't run the sample application bundled with this component.
Attached is first version of java-only MathHelper (don't have .net on this machine)

I checked the sample-espace and it works, beside the "Search Around"
it will thrown an error at the advanced-query (no clue what the issue may be)
Joost, thanks for the Java implementation of the MathHelper Extension.
This component is now fully implemented in both stacks.

The error in the advanced query was related to the differences between SQL Server and Oracle: in the advanced query we used {PLACE}.long (for Longitude). However long is a keyword in Oracle, that's why we were getting the error. To solve this, I've escaped long with double quotes and used the correct (upper) case: {PLACE}.""LONG"". All is well now.

I've uploaded a new version of the component: 2.1.1.
