Hello Sattibabu,

The error you're getting is related with configurations:
Check two things:
1- In your action all the mandatory input parameters are filled and correct.
2- Check in the ServiceCenter if the SMTP server data are also correct.

Kind Regards,

In Service center in gave below datails.
SMTP server, port, username, default sender email, default sender name,
is anything  do i need to configure in servic center?
and also i attached my sample file.

Let me know  where i did the mistake.

Sattibabu Vatti.
Hello Sattibabu,
I just had time to see your post now..
Check if your configurations are correct (well written, you can communicate from the server where the platform is installed to the SMTP server, proxy or firewall settings),add your email to the test list in service center and also see the Email Log.
In the eSpace, in the screen access roles, check the "Anonymous" and test.
I don't see nothing more, wrong.
Let me know the result.

Kind Regards,

I'm no expert in SMTP, but the error seems to indicate that your SMTP server doesn't support authentication (at least the type used by AP)...

Try clearing the username / pw in Service Center (Administration > Email) to see if that works.
Alternatively, you can try using the RichMail extension instead, for sending emails (you should have it already, as it's part of the system components). But if possible, try to solve the SMTP issue (ask your helpdesk contact for help, if possible, since the problem is connecting to the SMTP server).
