Service changes available upon request

OutSystems Cloud customers can request the following service changes. All service changes have a target delivery time of 5 business days from the time the request is submitted via OutSystems Support with the necessary information, unless otherwise specified.

Please be aware that meeting these submission timeframes does not guarantee rescheduling, as it remains subject to operational constraints and the complexity of the request.

Sentry

  • IP Filtering: only available to customers with Sentry add-on.

*Service not available for customers with Basic edition.

Delivery of these services is subject to scheduling with OutSystems Support and resource availability. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of OutSystems’ control. Services requiring downtime are scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time. Weekend scheduling is only available for customers with 24x7 Support.
