Configuration Tool 5.0 Help
Network Tab
In the Network tab you can configure the following information:
IP addresses of the end-users that are considered internal to the platform and, consequently, with access to internal screens and components, such as Service Center.
IP address of the Web Server Front-end. The Web Server Front-end is the external machine that handles the delivery reports. Depends on the configuration you have in your installation:
One Front-end Server: this parameter is the IP address of that Front-end Server;
More than one Front-end Server with Load Balance: this parameter is the IP address used externally by the applications, that is, the Load Balancer IP address;
More than one Front-end Server without Load Balance: this parameter is the IP address of any Front-end Server.
