The Required Phone warning is issued in the following situations:
Application Phones must be assigned to a Phone in the Service Center. Application runtime errors might occur: you have an Application Phone, in your eSpace, that is not associated with any phone number.
Go to Service Center and associate your Application Phone with the correct phone number. In order to prevent runtime errors, you should publish your eSpace again.
