Email for community and email for support

New

When we have a personal email on our community profile and open a support case for a customer, it might be a bit strange that appear a personal email on the support case.


It would be great to have the possibility to change the related email of that support case to our company email or even to our provided client email.

For the same reason of Community digest and Support tickets coming on single mailing address, I'm using my corporate email on the community. Thank Joao for this idea. It will be super helpful for most of us. My vote goes with it.

Good ideas for those using private email for community.

I always use company mail. When changing company, it's easy to change the email in your community profile.
