Save lessons and documentation as favorites

Doing the guided paths under the Learn tab, sometimes there are some lessons I feel like it would be useful to go back to for clarification or just to check some important information, and there are also some pages on the documentation that I like to visit more often to understand or clarify something.

I usually look for these on the google search, as it is easier than to look for them on the Learn tab.

If there was a way to save these as favorites on my Outsystems Community profile, it would have easier access.

Ok, don't know if it helps you, but anything that I open/read in my internet browser, and I want to save for later reading, I save in favorite folders of my browser. Works like a charm, for every site.

Sure, I do that too, but if you have a personal computer, a personal phone and a work computer, it gets tricky to find where you saved it!

Is that true? I have multiple computer, and a phone and my favorites are synchronized over all of them.

That's a choice you probably made, to synchronize all. It's not a default.

You also have a choice of creating a document in the cloud and save the links there, but that is also not ideal.

I'm saying that a favorites option on the Outsystems platform doesn't seem like a big or difficult development and adds value. Then your links are tied to your Outsystems account and its easily accessible in any browser in any computer.

It would be useful to be able to add certain courses as favorite courses for quick access in the future.

This could be done in the detail screen of a course.

In the course list, an extra filter by favorite courses could then be added.

So, I have a lot of websites with pages I set as favorite. Luckily my browser has features built in to mark and organize all my favorites. I personally don't see added value to copy that functionality into the OutSystems learn site.

Maybe, an additional feature, but surely a browser favorite functionality can also be leveraged here.

Sometimes I watch courses on my mobile phone, and it is not very friendly to synchronize Safari's favorite functionality (on mobile) with Chrome's favorite functionality (on my PC).

I totally agree that this idea would be very helpful if we use our Oustystems account in more than one device!

I save my lessons in a documents/outsystems folder. I can choose to sync or cloudstore if I wish. i do not think outsystems needs to include this in my profile!
