When the option "Find usages in all eSpaces" is selected, and we have more that one eSpace using the resource would be useful to have the option to select the eSpaces to be open.

Have the choice for open only one espace when click on "Find Usages in All Espaces".

useful idea a lot of times we only need to open a specific eSpace.

The "Find Usages In all Espaces" function sometimes comes up with a ton of eSpaces and it takes forever to open them all. Would be nice to check off those we want to open... have them all checked by default to retain the current workflow.

Yes, this. Please.

After the implementation of this Idea (Open multiple eSpaces in one click) in Development Environment 10.0.721.0, this seems to come next, BUT,

please also list the espaces that have usages and that are already opened in Service Studio with some kind of indication that they are already open like a suffix "(opened)", because it is easy to don't notice those espaces.

Merged this idea with 'Choose which modules to open when "Finde usage in all Modules"' (created on 06 Jul 2018 12:43:20 by Victor Salvalagio Pereira)

Sometimes our eSpaces are consumed by a lot of other modules and it would be nice to be able to select which modules we want to open and not open all of them.

ServiceStudio crashes somestimes when trying to open 10 eSpaces at the same time, and it gets very slow doing that. Other times I do not need to open all consumed eSpaces, but just a few of them.

We could have a checkbox before the eSpace's name, all checked by default, and then I can uncheck some eSpaces that I do not want to open.

Merged this idea with 'Find Usages in All eSpaces ( should also list the espaces that are already open )' (created on 14 Nov 2014 10:15:28 by Hugo Jesus)
The find usages in all espaces is misleading because if we have espaces already open that use what we are searching, the list of usages doesn't show the open espaces.

Maybe also opening the espace by clicking on it, instead of opening all in once

Hi Hugo,

Do you think this can be merged with this idea? https://www.outsystems.com/ideas/2194/search-enhancements-in-outsystems-search-for-text-over-espaces-find-usages-in-a

I think that the product should show all consumers with usages and then allow you to choose the ones you want to open. If it is already open, better, it is just faster.

Do you agree?

Cheers

Merged this idea with 'Search enhancements in outsystems (search for text over espaces, find usages in all espaces and select specific espaces)' (created on 14 Oct 2015 12:15:14 by Hans Dollen)

After pressing 'Find usages in all Espaces' make it possible to select specific espaces to open instead of all/none.

The omnibox/searchbox should be able to search as well within the selected application or through the whole platform.

Great ideia. The searchbox for text in all eSpaces would be amazing.

Hey guys,

First of all thanks a lot for all your ideas and collaboration.

I'm glad to let you know that this idea was implemented in Service Studio version 10.0.830.0!

This includes a completely new Find experience where you can search for any public element within the factory, and it will asynchronously search in all modules for you giving not only where it is being referenced but also the number usages in each module. Finally, you can choose to open the modules you want to see!

A special thank you to Mário, the idea owner, you can find your contribution in this version's release notes:

Hope you like it!
