It does sound like a good idea at first thought, although I am not sure how specific the set of skills is for an OutSystems tester. If we are talking of functional testing I don't think there will be much difference from being a tester in other technologies. I am not sure in which scenario would a tester actually require OutSystems knowledge other than using BDD testing framework, and normally that is used for unit testing. I have not done the courses on the guided path, so maybe I am just lacking some pieces on my reasoning.

This can be an add on to the manual tester profile and this will be actually automation testing.

Since in unit testing developer can miss many scenarios and tester will have more detailed scenarios created and tested.

And slowly if tester want to move to the outsystems development, they will have basic familiarities to environments and low code.

That Actually seems to be promotive, marketing, and also Individual growth supportive.

as Nivaldo specified there are courses specified testing. Certification will definitely be an addon
