Convert option for local variables in REST methods to input/output variables

Hi,

I think that could be nice to have the "Convert to input variable/Convert to output variable" option in the REST methods local variables. It could accelerate the process in case of changes or corrections, because, at this time, we don't have it:

Hi Ricardo,

This surprises me, there is an option to convert input or output to local variable, seems a bit arbitrate to not to have included options to convert input to output, and local to input or output.

Handling of REST parameters is a bit icky anyway, copy/pasting between normal actions and methods is also severely crippled...

This idea is more than a year old and still not implemented, I wonder how nobody at OutSystems thought it would be a good implementation

As like we have the option to convert the local variable to input/output parameters and vice versa in other places like server actions and client actions etc.,


This feature is missing here. I am unable to convert the exposed API method local variables into input/output parameters.

This idea already exists for more than over a year. Please search first if your idea already exists. It was easy to find for me when searching on "Convert local"
