It should be possible to search/filter by certification/Specialization on the Meet Community Members Page.
When looking for members, we can already see who is "Open to job opportunities" but it would be very usefull if we could look for specific certifications, in a very similar way to the certifications page filters.

When looking for specific roles for recruiting for instance. We already have identified the ones open to job opportunities, but the estra filtering could be very usefull and speed the search
Thanks for the clarification, so you use the member's page to select candidates for recruiting next to the Jobs page.
You can wait a reaction coming from the jobs page or you can be more proactive and find someone with the skills you are looking for and "make them an offer they can't refuse"
