Sometimes the failed answers also offer good information on why that answer is wrong. Showing all the comments when the question is correctly answered as well would be helpful.

When one is going through a course on OutSystems, a quiz is often presented as a means of knowledge validation. The learner has to choose one of many options shown.
Currently, if the user checked the correct option on the first try, they are unable to go back and check the incorrect ones. In my opinion, it would be beneficial to the learning experience if one could view the explanations for why the wrong options are wrong.
Here's an example:
I was attempting a quiz and selected the correct option on the first try. I see the explanation as to why my answer is correct. However, I am missing out on valuable insights on why, for example, the user information is not stored in the file system. I'd like to click or hover on that incorrect option to see why it is, in fact, incorrect.
