With Platform 9 Amsterdam we've included a new overall Audit & Log system, that includes all the actions performed in an environment. This includes of course all the staging operations, making it easy to access the depoyment history. Check more details at the documentation

You might also want to take a look at how you can leverage the Application model API to create your own plugins. There's an example component at https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component/515/stagings-history/
