I have noticed that In the Architecture Fundamentals in ODC training, we cannot directly download the script of the video. It reloads the same page and shows us the transcript and also there is no dedicated download button for the same.

My suggestions :

1. Include the transcript file to the right or below the video so that we can easily switch between the video from the text.

2. If the 1st option isn't feasible then please open the link in a new tab by default.

The new chapters feature is really helpful, looking forward to this implementation as well.

Hello,

You should be able to view the transcript side by side with the video. Under the "Lesson Transcript" tab: 

Regarding the subtitles link below the video, you can use the right-click button and select the Save link as option. This option is available mainly for users that have issues watching the videos directly on our website. Nevertheless, we can easily change that link to open in a new tab. Will push an update to our tooling, and then in a couple of hours it should be propagated to the whole online training.
