In the main area of Service Studio all applications or plugins are displayed together and mixed. I think it would be a good idea to allow the creation of a folder in order to group applications by projects or clients. It might also be interesting to allow hiding the plugins, making the interface more clean and less chaotic.

This is not the same and does not beat having the feature in Service Studio, but it gets the job done and integrates with Service Studio seamlessly.
