Statistics on how much time spent on developing an application/module in Service Studio

How you want track how much time spend, If user open SS and leave it 4-5 hours, how can you imagine it is developing or not.
Seems it will be Out of Scope.

No It's not like that.
We can do like this , as like microsoft teams if the user is idle for 5 min then it stop recording the time. Whenever the user again starts working again it will starts recording again.
It will really help every organization to improve the productivity. It's the much needed thing.
So it won't be out of scope.
