For Production servers, it makes sense that the compilations are done with linkages to a specific version of the producers. This allows you to publish a new version with braking changes without killing everything consuming it.
But for development, it makes that i need to know the dependency chain and re-publish based on it. This takes FOREVER and is miserable.
Let's get a setting for development mode, that makes all items point to a "current version" with a dynamic linkage to it so that this game of re-publishing each eSpace after you publish a producer, they all immediately point to the new version and break if needed.
That would add easily 30 minutes back into my day, every day.
