When adding a web reference one should be able to browse the local drive to locate a WSDL file previously stored on disk.

I don't know if this works in 4.2, but at least in 5.0 you can do this by typing in the address box a url like this: file://c:\myFolder\myFile.wsdl.

In 4.2 you can also reference to local files but you have know and type the full path to the file. The idea is to have a browse button that would open a file locator dialog so that one can locate and pick a file without having to type the full path.

A browse would be handy, but I can live with the current way of doing it.
