I have been using images that I have uploaded to the images resource folder but every time I have to select an image all I have is the name of the image as a reference , It would be nice to have a thumbnail next to the name of the image to allow me to preview the image before adding it to the screen/weblock.

Images folder

There should be thumbnails next to the names of the images

Hi,

The image is already shown when you click on the resource, it is shown in the property box, below the last property. With this infomation do you still think your idea makes sense?

Hi there @Daniel Kuhlmann ,

Thanks for pointing that out. I appreciate your clarification. I am aware  that image is displayed in the property box when clicking on the resource. However, I still believe having a thumbnail next to the name of the image directly in the list would provide a more user-friendly and efficient experience.

While the current method does show the image in the property box, displaying a thumbnail in the list would allow users to quickly preview multiple images without the need to click into each resource individually. It's more about streamlining the process and making it more intuitive for users who might prefer a visual reference alongside the image name in the list.

I think this makes sense because there is already a space for an icon in the list so why not make that icon a thumbnail of the image instead, so that the user does not have to click on each image individually

I hope this further explanation helps to convey the usability aspect of the suggestion.

alright, wasn't clear from your idea description that you knew about what I shared. I liked your idea, makes sense.

Thanks @Daniel Kuhlmann  👍
