Add publish status to Service Studio and Integration Studio icons

On top of this ideia: https://www.outsystems.com/ideas/Idea_View.aspx?IdeaId=1387 I would like to see those icons changing when a publish is running and showing me that the publish ended.

After the publish ended, if I click on the app, the icon would change back to default.
