I think your suggestion may be overkill, as that would mean receiving 2 Digest emails per day/week in the same format. Helena's suggestion would be simpler and easier to consume, in my opinion.

I have been reading the daily digests regularly, and I also notice the absence of ODC content.

One suggestion could be to slightly reduce the number of O11 components featured and include more ODC components instead. To clarify the platform for each component, we could add a tag indicating whether it is for O11 or ODC.
