Present Search filter work separately with module's and element's.Which makes hard to search for a element with out module.
That interface works when you already know the element and the module you need it from. In case you don't know the module yet, you can use the Search interface.
Mind you, I'm just offering the alternative, not saying I don't agree with the observation, so I liked your idea.
I often open up this interface, just to realise I don't know in what exact module the element I need is (which happens a lot in big applications with loads of small modules), and so I have to close the dependency popup, and move over to the search element. Complete waste of time.
Thank you, Some times i often find myself in the same situation opening the dependency popup only to realize I’m not sure where the element I need is. It really can be a time waste. I appreciate the alternative suggestion.
I agree that sometimes we are looking for things that we are not sure what module they are in. It would speed up the searches!
I liked the idea, It often happens with me also when I know the element name but not sure of which module it is from.
